Threading refers to threading the warp into the harness eye and reed teeth, which further makes the warp temporarily and locally fixed in terms of arrangement order, arrangement width and density, that is, under the control of reed teeth, the warp near the harness and reed does not move relatively in the right direction, but only retains some room for relative movement in the up and down directions

Prepare a special stretch yarn, do spinning on the machine. After finishing, it will be woven for stretch fabric.

After the fabric is finished cutting, it will be sewn by workers step by step. Each worker will sew one part of the clothing according to the sewing sequence. It is the production line.

After the clothing style is confirmed, before production, should made a paper pattern, the paper pattern will be printed by machine, the bulk fabric will be cut according to the paper pattern.

After clothes are finished making, they will get inspection by needle machine, then the quality control person does finally inspection, packing or hanging delivery as client request.
